“I had been searching for and reviewing customer comments for a number of home security companies for quite some time, for installation of a home security/surveillance system. It was a daunting task as all companies state they are the best in their field. It was upon the recommendation of my Farm Bureau insurance agent (John Fleur - whom I have the utmost trust in) that I ultimately connected with MARK Electronics in Shelby Township. Of course I did additional research on this company and ultimately met with Mark - the owner, as well as his son Matt - the installation coordinator. They both took the time to discuss what I wanted and what their company could offer. They would not accept any money down - only on completion and complete satisfaction with work. The work was scheduled. The crew - and I mean a crew of several technicians, arrived at the time scheduled. The crew leader reviewed again exactly what was going to be done and how it would be done and the approximate time it would take. To say how satisfied I was with their courtesy and professionalism as well as the end result would be an understatement. There was no messing around, no lollygagging. Each technician knew what needed to be done and did it. At the end of the day you would have not known they had been there - except for the exceptional work product they provided. The crew chief explained the system, how it worked and how to operate and monitor it. I highly recommend MARK Electronics without any reservation whatsoever. Doug is AWESOME!!! I found Doug through the Houzz app back in 2015 and I have been calling him ever since for all my audio visual and internet needs. Doug is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Just recently Doug installed a tv over my fireplace as you can see from the pictures above we started from scratch no outlet or cable jack.
