Met with Scott last Friday to see the doors and transom and wanted to let you know they turned out awesome. Scott is going to put in the Low-E, Impact resistant glass and install all next week. Will send you a picture once they are installed. I have to tell you Scott (Sarasota Glass) originally was very skeptical of the doors as he also sells iron doors but his doors are considerably higher in cost. After he looked at the doors he told me that he was very impressed with the quality of your doors.

Then I asked Steven Cannella if they made sige lights. He said no but you can easily put doors in the same opening. Who knew?
I never understood side lights or their function and I remembered the days when two doors were beautiful and had function.
I took a picture of my home, sent it to Steven and he imposed the doors I had choosen onto the house. It was easy to see the finished product. Much easier than in any store.
The doors arrived on time and were delivered professionally. I had fears because my driveway is a diveway but the man that delivered took them right down my diveway with no additional cost and extremely compliant. .

The representative ID&CC sent out do the estimate was highly superior to that of the competitor. He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I am super happy that I chose this company as they deliver a quality product and excellent customer service. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service. You get what you pay for!”
