“Before discovering Peggy from Dupuis Design, my experience with 2 prior "designers" was disappointing. First of all, Peggy is a pro. She understands how use layout to maximize views, while making certain the design fits the intended use. She redesigned our decks that we rarely used for the 12 years prior. Now they are a fun and comfortable place to hang out with friends and enjoy the formerly under appreciated ocean views. One of her best attributes is her ability to creatively modify relatively inexpensive decor and furniture and select only a few more expensive impact pieces to provide an overall luxurious feel to the space. “Wendy is a very knowledgable and artistic designer. I enjoyed her perserverance and enthusiasm in getting a fresh, new bedroom remodel. She made a myriad of professional suggestions, and for the most part, we followed them. Her contractor put in high tech lighting, patched up the ceiling with new plaster, brought in new baseboards,and crown moulding. He worked with a painter to make sure that proper care was given to every detail. in addtion, he saw that all of the old materials were removed on time. Ilike the way that he made a conscious effort to make us as comfortable as possible while the remodel was going on. Fans, hoses, mats, and plastic sheetingi were applied to keep the dust and fumes at bay. Wendy brought in high quality fabrics from a designer show that she had visited in San Francisco. She also helped me in selecting carpet, drapery material, bedding, framing,and floral arrangements on sight. I was able to get a good discount on my light fixtures by dropping her name as well. Wendy found a tile man to install some tile for me in our bathroom as well. He showed up and worked over Memorial Weekend. Infact, all of the personel that we worked with proved to be respectful and on time. I love my new remodel! I'm glad that we made the decision to hire her!”
